• Everyone must take a cleansing shower before entering the pool
  • Anyone with a communicable disease or anyone who has been ill with vomiting or diarrhea withing the last two weeks is prohibited from using the pool
  • No running or horseplay
  • Food or drink is not allowed in the pool
  • Anyone in diapers must wear protective covering to prevent contamination
  • Diapers must be changed at designated diaper changing areas
  • Anyone with seizure, heart, or circulatory problems should not swim alone
  • Anyone refusing to obey these rules is subject to removal from the premises
  • If a child twelve (12) years of age or less is using the pool, a responsible adult eighteen (18) years of age or older must accompany the child and be at the pool or pool deck at all times the child uses the facility
  • If and individual between thirteen (13) years of age and seventeen (17) years of age is using the pool, at least one other person must be at the pool facility
  • If there is an emergency call 911
    The location of the nearest telephone is in the storage room
    The location of the nearest first-aid kit is in the storage room
  • Pool hours are 7:00am to 10:00pm
  • No dogs allowed
  • No lifeguard on duty – use the facility at your own risk
  • Shallow water – no diving
  • Guests must be accompanied by adult homeowner/renter (live-in family and temporary house guests over 18 years of age may use pool without assocation member present)
  • No smoking
  • No glass containers of any kind permitted in pool area
  • No sharp edged objects of any kind allowed in the pool
  • Respect for all swimmers and adjacent homeowners is expected at all times – vulgar language, behavior, and loud music are not allowed
  • Use of flotation devices should not interfere with other swimmers
  • Users and guests are required to remove all personal trash from the pool and restroom area
  • Turn off lights and close doors when leaving
  • Last one to leave, Lock the gate.
